Many children and youth today are living with grief and loss due to the prevalence of violence in their lives. Our young people experience this at a community level when they witness violent acts in their neighborhoods. They may see partner abuse through parents or custodians. They may even be victims of violence in the home, school or in their neighborhood. This training will examine some of the programs and strategies that have proved helpful in serving this population.
